The more I work, the more I realize. I have learnt that what it takes to build a great business is not a framework, not the books, nor the smarts. What it takes is perspective. If you have the right perspective on things, a lot of elements fall in place. Learn to have fun, let things go, take yourself a little less seriously. Be intense, be focused, but never let it deter you from enjoying the journey. Stop to smell the roses, skip a step, fall down but smile when you get up and most importantly, stop being a poser. Just be yourself.

Only then will you realize the only limitation to the growth of your business is physical, not mental. You start realizing that you only stop when you’re tired and not because you’re burnt out. Go out. Talk to people. Build something amazing. Be the change you want. Have fun doing it.
